- Turn around time for bulk orders 10-14 business days. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays. During peak and holiday times, this time may be extended. We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete customer-supplied goods.
- A 25% rush fee applies for anything needed before the 10 business. Depending on our volume of orders, we may not be able to accommodate a Rush Order.
- Once design is approved, we will proceed with your order exactly as is. We are not responsible for any typos or errors after your approval. Reorders will be at an additional cost.
- Without approved Pantone (PMS) colors and samples (available for an additional fee), exact color matching cannot be guaranteed, and color variation between light and dark garments does not constitute a misprint or defect.
- Ideas, concepts, designs and artwork are intellectual property of NL Designs. Reproduction or use of these ideas and/or artwork without purchase or permission is against copyright laws and will be subject to legal action.
