Returns
Due to the nature of custom and made to order printed products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of ANY items unless the merchandise is misprinted or defective. Please carefully review your font and color selections, as we can not be held responsible if you are unsatisfied as a result of your selection. If there is a defect in your item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to address your concerns.
In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at orders@shopnldesigns.com.
Cancelations
Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to as they are immediately sent into production.
Exchanges (if applicable)
