What products do you offer?
We focus on producing graphic tees, but we also offer all kinds of custom items! Decals, puzzles, keychains, anything you need customized, and custom orders! Please email me at orders@shopnldesigns.com for custom orders or questions- please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

When will I receive my order?
Our turn around time is 10 business daysThis turn around time is stated on each product, in the group, and in the email confirmation you receive after you place an order. Remember business days do NOT include holidays and weekends.
Can I receive my order before 10 business days?
Yes, simply add the Rush My Order fee to your order, and your order is moved to the top of the list for faster processing. Please note that this only includes our processing time and not shipping. Shipping options can be selected at check-out.
I have an issue with my order. What do I do?

Due to the nature of custom and made to order printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of ANY items unless the merchandise is misprinted or defective. Please carefully review your size, font and color selections, as we can not be held responsible if you are unsatisfied as a result of your selection. If there is a defect in your item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to address your concerns.


In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at sales@shopnldesigns.com.

What shirts do you use to print?
We mostly use Bella & Canvas, Anvil, Next Level, District, LAT and Gildan. However, we reserve the right to substitute an order with a comparable brand. When ordering sublimation t-shirts, tank tops or hoodies please keep in mind 50/50 look vintage, the more poly the more vibrant. We do our best to sublimate on 100% poly, but it's not always possible.
If you require a specific brand, please email us at orders@shopnldesigns.com. The impacts of COVID-19 on our supply chain vary by vendor, but we expect tremendous pressure across all categories, particularly basic T-shirts and fleeces, as the year progresses. Due to strong demand and supply chain issues, we expect inventory is going to be tight. We are working hard to offer alternatives where shortages are expected.

What printing do you offer?
We offer direct-to-garment printing, vinyl, sublimation, and screen printing.
Do you offer Sezzle?
Do you offer custom orders? 
Yes! If you have a custom request, please email us at orders@shopnldesigns.com. We can make most ideas happen, however, sometimes there are exceptions. Please keep the following in mind when requesting a custom design:
  • Turn around time is 10 business days. Creating new artwork takes time.
  • We always strive to bring your ideas to life as best we can, but there may be a few designs we can't do. Please email us to ensure we can accommodate your request.
  • Please email us your request before submitting a custom order on the website.

  • A 25% rush fee applies for anything needed before the 10 business. Depending on our volume of orders, we may not be able to accommodate a Rush Order.

I want to place a custom order, but can I see a proof before I place my order?

We do not begin any work on an order until full payment is received. Rest assured that your satisfaction is important to us! We will always provide a digital mockup for you to approve before submitting your order into production. 

Can I supply my own garments for printing?

Since we cannot guarantee the quality of the garments provided by a customer, we do not accept customer supplied garments for printing. We have garments we sell that are tested and approved for printing.

I selected Local Pick-Up. When can I pick up my order?

Orders may be picked up on the following days:

  • Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM-6:00PM
  • Saturday from 9:00AM-12:00PM

For your safety and ours, we are still doing contact-free porch pick-up. Please text (512) 537-9212‬ to let us know you are on your way. Once you arrive, please come up to the porch to pick up your order.

What are the Care Instructions for my shirts?

Please use the following instructions to help with the longevity of your garment.

  • Turn garment inside out
  • Machine wash cold with similar colors
  • Use mild detergent
  • No Bleach
  • No Fabric Softener
  • Tumble dry low
  • Do not iron
  • Do not dry clean
