What products do you offer?
We specialize in custom screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products. Whether you need apparel like t-shirts, hoodies, hats, or uniforms — or branded items like water bottles, bags, and pens — we've got you covered. If you can dream it, we can print it! When will I receive my order?

At NL Designs, we value our customers and are committed to delivering high-quality products with exceptional service. Every item we create is made to order to ensure it’s just the way you want it.

Our standard production time is 10–14 business days, not including shipping. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

You’ll receive a shipping notification as soon as your order is on its way. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business — we truly appreciate you!

Can I receive my order before 10 business days?
Yes! Just add the Rush My Order  fee to your purchase, and we’ll prioritize your order for faster processing. Please note that this applies to our production time only and does not include shipping. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
I have an issue with my order. What do I do?

Because all of our apparel is custom and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is misprinted or defective. Please double-check your size, font, and color selections before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction due to customer error.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the issue promptly.

Please also note that sizing may vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have questions about fit or would like to purchase a sample item before placing a full order, feel free to email us at sales@shopnldesigns.com. We're happy to help!

What shirts do you use to print?

We primarily print on high-quality brands such as Bella+Canvas, Next Level, District, LAT, and Gildan. However, we reserve the right to substitute with a comparable brand based on availability to avoid delays.

For sublimation orders (t-shirts, tanks, or hoodies), please note that 50/50 blends will produce a more vintage look, while higher polyester content results in more vibrant prints. We always aim to use 100% polyester for sublimation when possible, but availability may vary.

What printing do you offer?
We offer a wide range of decoration methods, including direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfers, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), sublimation, laser engraving, and screen printing. Each technique is selected based on your design and garment type to ensure the best quality and finish.

Do you offer custom orders? 

Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. If you have a custom request, please email us at orders@shopnldesigns.com before placing your order online to ensure we can accommodate your design.

Please keep the following in mind when requesting a custom design:

  • Turnaround time is 10-14 business days. Creating new artwork takes time, and we want to ensure it's done right.

  • While we do our best to fulfill every request, there may be some designs we’re unable to produce due to limitations in process or materials.

  • Rush Orders: A 25% rush fee applies to any request needed before the 10-business-day window. Rush requests are subject to approval based on our current production schedule.

I want to place a custom order, but can I see a proof before I place my order?

We understand how important it is to love your final product! While we do require full payment before starting any custom work, rest assured that your satisfaction matters to us. You will receive a digital mockup for approval before your order moves into production.

 

Do you offer Team or Spirit Stores?

Yes, we do! Our Spirit Store Program is a risk-free, hassle-free way to offer custom merchandise to your team, staff, and fans.

When you partner with NL Designs, we handle everything — from designing your merch and collecting orders to processing payments and fulfilling shipments. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! While we’re happy to print orders of any size, we do offer bulk discounts for orders of 24 or more garments. To qualify for bulk pricing, all garments must feature the same design.

If you're ordering 24+ pieces, please complete the quote request form. Allow 24–48 hours for a response.

Can I supply my own garments for printing?

To ensure the best results, we do not accept customer-supplied garments. Because we can’t guarantee the quality or printability of outside items, we only print on garments that we’ve tested and approved. We offer a wide selection of high-quality apparel options to choose from!

I selected Local Pick-Up. When can I pick up my order?

Orders may be picked up by appointment only.

Please emalil orders@shopnldesigns.com or text (512) 537-9212‬ to schedule a pickup time in our shop. You must email or text us to arrange a pick up time at least 24 hours before. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pick up requests without a 24-hour notice outside of our stated pickup hours.

What are the Care Instructions for my shirts?

Please use the following instructions to help with the longevity of your garment.

  • Turn garment inside out
  • Machine wash cold with similar colors
  • Use mild detergent
  • No Bleach
  • No Fabric Softener
  • Tumble dry low
  • Do not iron
  • Do not dry clean
