Local Pick Ups 

NL Designs strives to provide high-quality and speedy service. For local pickups, our turnaround time is approximately 10-14 business days. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive either an email or text message once your item is ready for pick up.

During peak and holiday times, this time may be extended. However, rest assured that we strive to get your order to you in a timely manner. If you need your item to be ready for pickup sooner, please contact us to arrange payment of our 25% rush fee charge. However, please note that not all designs are available as a rush order.

Shipping

For shipments, our turnaround time is approximately 10-14 business days for your order to ship. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

During peak and holiday times, this time may be extended. However, rest assured that we strive to get your order to you in a timely manner. If you need your item to be shipped sooner, please contact us to arrange payment of our 25% rush fee charge. However, please note that not all designs are available as a rush order.
