Because all of our apparel is custom and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is misprinted or defective. Please double-check your size, font, and color selections before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction due to customer error.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the issue promptly.

We primarily print on high-quality brands such as Bella+Canvas, Next Level, District, LAT, and Gildan. However, we reserve the right to substitute with a comparable brand based on availability to avoid delays.
For sublimation orders (t-shirts, tanks, or hoodies), please note that 50/50 blends will produce a more vintage look, while higher polyester content results in more vibrant prints. We always aim to use 100% polyester for sublimation when possible, but availability may vary.

Turnaround time is 10-14 business days. Creating new artwork takes time, and we want to ensure it's done right.

While we do our best to fulfill every request, there may be some designs weāre unable to produce due to limitations in process or materials.

Rush Orders: A 25% rush fee applies to any request needed before the 10-business-day window. Rush requests are subject to approval based on our current production schedule.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! While weāre happy to print orders of any size, we do offer bulk discounts for orders of 24 or more garments. To qualify for bulk pricing, all garments must feature the same design.

Can I supply my own garments for printing?
To ensure the best results, we do not accept customer-supplied garments. Because we canāt guarantee the quality or printability of outside items, we only print on garments that weāve tested and approved. We offer a wide selection of high-quality apparel options to choose from!

What is your Color Matching Policy?
Due to the nature of the garment printing process, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless Pantone (PMS) colors are provided at the time of order. When Pantone colors are not specified, ink colors are mixed visually and matched as closely as possible to the artwork provided.
Prints on dark-colored garments may appear different than prints on light-colored garments due to the use of a white underbase, ink opacity, and fabric color. As a result, the same artwork may display color variation across different garment colors.
Pantone (PMS) color matching is available for an additional fee and must be requested prior to production. Likewise, physical samples or test prints are available for an additional fee and must be approved before full production begins.
Color variation between light and dark garments, or variation resulting from the absence of Pantone color specifications and approved samples, is considered normal and does not constitute a misprint or defect.
Customers requiring precise color accuracy are encouraged to request Pantone color matching and/or samples prior to placing or approving their order.

Orders may be picked up by appointment only.
